TRAINING
The Battalion has always had a strong emphasis on training, especially in the dark old days where there were no pre printed handbooks or monthly guidance programmes like there is in the Discovery Pack.
The training committee is made up of officers from all over the Battalion who have been selected to attend the nationally run Brigade Training Officers (BTO) Course at Carronvale
This we hope means that these guys can then pass on their expertise and experience to all other officers, not just the new ones. By regulating training it means we can guarantee that the safety of our Boys is paramount as well as the standards we set are the highest possible.
